Delores Leitch

Passed away on Monday December 1, 2025, with her family by her side. Delores was born on November 6, 1930, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to the late George "Earl" and Myrtle (Tolhurst) Thompson. Delores Raised four children of her own and fostered several teens after her children were grown. Along with being a mother, she also worked for the Upjohn Company for years, until her retirement in 1991. She was a woman with many interests. Delores loved flowers; whether it was house plants or her flower bushes, she had a green thumb, and her knowledge of those flowers was impressive. Some other interests were crocheting aphgans for family and friends while watching animal planet and old westerns on T.V.

Surviving Delores are her children, Leal (Wanda) Everett, Randy (Betty) Everett; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 16 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in passing are her parents; Husband Bryan W. Leitch; children, Bonnie (James) Rustenholtz, Jeffery Boodt; siblings, Sharon (John) Rabb, Ethel Francisco.

A funeral service will be held on Monday December 8, 2025, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 411 East Centre Avenue, Portage, Michigan 49002. Funeral service will begin at 12pm, with an hour of visitation prior, from 11am to 12pm. A graveside service will take place on Tuesday December 9, 2025, at Rose Hill Cemetery Albion, Indiana, at 10:30am.
