Delois C. Crill, age 87 of Kalamazoo, died on October 3, 2025. She was born on December 24, 1937, in Northport, Alabama, the daughter of Artimus and Rosa (Noland) Cork. Delois was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She received her registered nurse degree. On August 13, 1954, she married her high school sweetheart, George R. Crill, Sr. They were stationed around the world during his time in the U.S. Army and welcomed four children at several Army bases and Long Beach, CA. The family settled in Grand Junction, MI. Delois worked as an R.N. at Allegan General Hospital, Trinity Mercy Hospital in Muskegon and was an OR Nurse at Bronson Methodist Hospital, where she retired. She was a member of the Sisterhood of the Emerald Fire.

Her family includes her children: Christine Crill, George R. Crill, Jr., Allen Crill and Bernadine & Jerry Westphal. Her grandchildren include: Joseph Crill, Phillip Crill, Lila Lamorandier, Joshua Westphal, Robert Crill, Tina Minor, Tammy Santman, Shalise Edwards, Shayla Edwards, Walter Edwards, Nicholas Edwards, Zackery Edwards and many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George R. Crill, Sr., her granddaughters Holly Crill and Heidi Hughes, her brother Bob Hacker and her sister Alice.

Friends are invited to visit with her family on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 622 S. Burdick Street, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49007, where her service will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 12:30 PM, with a committal service for immediate family following at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
