David Davies

David William "Dave" Davies, age 83, of plainwell, peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 3, 2020, and he did so just has he lived; with grace, dignity, and integrity. The son of Phillip & Berta (Marks) Davies, he was born on September 5, 1936, in Ashland, WI, the second of five sons. Dave was a proud US Army Veteran. Dave was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, John, Dan, and Robert Davies; and niece, Elise Heil. Surviving are his loving wife, Jo Anne; sons, Matt and Brad; grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley; brother, Richard Davies; and many nieces and nephews. Honoring Dave's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Plainwell, 303 E. Bridge St., Plainwell, MI 49080 on Saturday, February 29th, at 2:00PM. Dessert and coffee will be served afterwards to share memories about Dave.
