Craig A. Langeland

Passed away Tuesday morning, June 21, 2022 at his home. Craig was born September 21, 1954 in Kalamazoo the son of David H. and Shirley (Egberts) Langeland. He was a graduate of Kalamazoo Christian High School and worked for over 40 years with Parker Hannifin. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, riding roller coasters and spending time with his family. On October 8, 1983 Craig was united in marriage to his loving wife Deborah (Merrick) who survives. Also surviving are his children, Christopher Langeland, Bethany Langeland; 7 grandchildren, Aiden, Riley, Bentley, Lillian, Chrysta, Aurora, and Scarlet; brothers, David K. (Duchess) Langeland, Michael Langeland, T. Anthony (Melissa) Langeland; his aunt, Donna Thomas; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may meet the family from 6-8pm Sunday, June 26 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 where funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 27. A light reception will follow the service and interment will be in Portage South Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
