Chris McGahan, age 64, of Vicksburg passed away on September 4, 2016 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Chris was born on March 8, 1952 to Maurice & Mary Ann (Vlaz) Cole. Visit with her family and friends on Friday, September 9 from 10:00 – 11:00 at the Life Story Funeral Home, Vicksburg; 409 S. Main St. (649-1697). A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Chris’ family includes her husband of 43 years, Dennis; her children: Jennifer (David) Stewart and Travis (Meggan) McGahan; 7 grandchildren: Gavin, Zachary, Nicholas, Hannah, Gabriel, Natalie and Amaya; her parents: Mary Ann (Joe) Mohney and Maurice (Bonnie) Cole; siblings: John Cole, Robert Cole, Steve Cole and Alan Cole as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Michael. Chris worked as a nurse for 42 years until her retirement in 2014. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
