Charlene Naylor

Charlene M. Naylor, age 84 of Portage, died on October 28, 2021. She was born April 16, 1937, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Ronald and Doris (Slack) Dudgeon. She was a graduate of Mattawan High School. Charlene worked as a secretary for Kalamazoo Public Schools for 25 years. On June 7, 1958, she married Boyd Naylor, who survives. Her family also includes her 2 daughters: Katherine (Todd) Pressley and Diane Naylor; her 4 grandchildren; Jacob (Jessica) Pressley, Abbie (Jaron) Summers, Nicholas Goertler and Brianne Goertler and 5 great-grandchildren; Isabella, Jackson, Xavier, Gracelyn and Cade. Friends may visit with her family on Sunday, November 14th, 2021, from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Burial & Cremation Services, 411 East Centre Avenue, Portage, MI 49002. A private burial of cremated remains will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlene may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
