Bonford "Wayne" Pressley

Pressley, Bonford "Wayne" Kalamazoo Age 86, passed away at Centrica Rose Arbor Place on Monday, January 23, 2023. Wayne was born in New Madrid, Missouri and graduated from Koshkonong High School. He was employed for over 50 years at Kalamazoo Amusement. Wayne loved baseball and was a loyal Detroit Tigers Fan. He was an avid bowler and golfer. Wayne enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his grandkids and great-grandkids. He was also a collector and skilled repairman of antique jukeboxes and pinball machines. On September 8, 1956, Wayne married the former Shirley Ann Walters, who preceded him in death on November 18, 2019. He was also preceded in death by his son, Ricky Pressley; granddaughter, Heather Pressley and half-brother, Paul Eugene Pressley. He is survived by his sons, Michael (Julie), Timothy (Gayle), Todd (Kathie), David and Bradley (Judy) Pressley; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Al (Patricia) Pressley; sister, Barbara Gove and half-sister, Clara Mae Martin. A memorial service to celebrate Wayne's life will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to West Michigan Cancer Center or American SIDS Institute.
