Bertha VanDenBerg

VanDenBerg, Bertha Passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015. Bertha was born February 11, 1922 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late John and Lena (Klooster) De Blecourt. On October 24, 1952, she was married to William VanDenBerg, who preceded her in death on September 9, 2006. Surviving are a daughter Arlene VerHage; several grandchildren including great and great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, 2 sisters; and step-son, Tyrone VanDenBerg. The family will greet friends on Monday April 20, 2015 from 9-10:00am at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., Kalamazoo, where services will be held at 10:00 o'clock. Private interment in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Bertha's name may be made to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission. www.langelands.com.
