Barbara Britigan

Barbara Waldo Britigan, age 78, of Kalamazoo, MI "Bobbie" died peacefully at home on June 18, 2016. She was born on April 2, 1938, in Atlanta, GA, but resided in Kalamazoo most of her life. She was a graduate of State High School and WMU. She retired after teaching business courses and serving as an office manager. Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband David R. Britigan; her parents, Barbara W. and Russell M. McBride; step-father, Robert J Brown. She is survived by her only brother, Dwight Waldo (Patricia) McBride; three children, Russell (Sarah) Rahbany, Kathleen A. (Rick) Rahbany-Pace, and Julie K. Rahbany, all of Massachusetts; three step-sons; several grandchildren; niece, nephew, and cousins. In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place and a private memorial will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.
