Anthony Bobish, age 106 of Schoolcraft died March 12, 2015 at The Brook of Gaylord. Anthony was born February 1, 1909 in Dollar Bay to Thomas & Catherine (Zager) Bobish. After serving our country during WWII as a Sergeant in the Army, Tony worked for the State of Michigan as a carpenter. On July 2, 1955 he married the former June Felker who survives. Always working with his hands, Tony loved working in his garden and taking care of his home, he enjoyed carpentry even reroofing his house at the age of 80. At the spry age of 102, he even bought a new tractor for yard work. Following cremation, Tony will be buried in West Mendon Cemetery. Besides his beloved wife, Tony is also survived by his nephew Tom (Barb) Bobish as well as many other nieces and nephews. Tony was preceded in death by his brothers Thomas, Peter, Matt, John, Rudolph, George, Joseph, and Frederick and his sister Josephine as well as his parents.
