Sister Barbara Beebe, CSJ, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Borgess Gardens. Sister was born on May 12, 1922 in South Haven the daughter of James and Sophia (Frazell) Beebe. Sister is survived by Jay and Marty Beebe of Portage, Sharon and James Benton of Richland, Patricia Baker of Alpena and several nieces and nephews; and the Congregation of Saint Joseph. Friends will be received after 4 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 with a Vigil Service at 7 PM at Holy Family Chapel, Nazareth, MI; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Holy Family Chapel with Rev. Fr. Michael Howell, Celebrant. Memorial contributions may be made to the Congregation of St. Joseph, PO Box 29, Nazareth, MI 49074. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Nazareth, MI.
