Beverly Ann Carlson, age 77, of Fennville, Michigan, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012, at Golden Orchards in Fennville.
Born October 4, 1934, in Blue Island, Illinois, she was the daughter of Ludwig and Estella ( Jacobs) Stehle. A longtime Fennville area resident, Beverly was a secretary working for the Fennville Public Schools administrative offices from 1960 until her retirement in 1995.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roger J. Carlson; son, Richard Carlson of Thomasville, GA; daughter Terrie and John Knikelbine of Fennville; grandchildren Regan, Jimilee, Joshua; seven great-grandchildren and her brother, Warren and Sue Stehle of Carlsbad, CA.
A memorial service will be Thursday, May 24, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Chappell Funeral Home, 637 W. Main St. Fennville, MI, with Ms. Marcia Tucker offi ciating. Memorial donations may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice, 530 Linn St., Allegan, MI 49010.
