Mary Ann (Bozek) Schmid

SCHMID, MRS. MARY ANN (BOZEK) Mrs. Mary Ann Schmid (Bozek), age 75, of Grand Rapids entered eternal life from an extended illness on Saturday, February 4, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Eugene; four children, Ann (Steve) Wright, Betty (Scott) Goldman, Carol Schaafsma, Daniel (Angie) Schmid; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters, Rose (William) Arnold, Theresa (Danny) Noorman; several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by parents, Stanley and Anna Bozek; and brother, Stanley J. Bozek Jr. Per her wishes cremation has taken place. Mary Ann was a member of Basilica of St. Adalbert. Due to renovations, a Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to "Retore the Glory" Basilica of St. Adalbert.
