BREADHOFF, LISA LYNN Lisa Lynn Breadhoff, age 41, of Wyoming, passed away very unexpectedly on Friday, February 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Rillema and her father-in-law, Richard C. Breadhoff. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 21 years, Richard Breadhoff; daughters, Elizabeth Breadhoff and Emily Breadhoff; father, Jack Rillema; brothers, Ken Rillema, and Jacob and Bridgette Rillema; mother-in-law, Nancy Breadhoff. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Monday at 1:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 12 noon-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to The National Kidney Foundation .
