I cant even put into words my level of grief today. Jeff was one of the dearest friends I have ever had in my life. He was so loyal and protective of me. He was the one who who fixes the leaking pipe under the sink on a moments notice... the one who brings a moving trailer at moving time when everyone else stands you up, the one who sticks a 100.00 bill in my purse when he knew I was heading to MN in the middle of winter with a small child just in case, the one who came out in an icestorm to pull me out of a ditch while I was on my way to work.... the one to stare down a bully that was threatening me, the one to stand next to me in a court room when I just didnt think I could stand there alone. He never told me no and he always had my back. I often looked at him and wondered how I got so lucky to have someone like him in my corner. Our relationship was very unlikely and I am so thankful for the time I had him. Here is a link to a video tribute I made for my friend.
