I was so glad to know Jimmie for the year that I worked at Riverside Nursing and Rehab Center as the Activities Assistant. He was usually always involved in all the activites we did and he seemed to enjoy the events that involved food the most. He loved our outings to restaurants and the cooking classes I started because he missed it so much. I have fond memories of pouring over cook books and food magazines together and he would always sneak a set of Culvers or Russ' coupons from the Center's papers to share with me. I also enjoyed talking with him about his church which he faithfully attended when he could. He loved the music and would tell me with tears in his eyes and great emotion how beautifully someone sang that day. I loved to hear Jimmie sing when we had our sing a longs. He was such a dear man and a huge bright spot in my life and work day. It is the hope we have through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior that we will once again be reunited, in Heaven, with those who have gone on before us.

Michael,
I give you my sincere condolences in the passing of your father. I only knew him for a short time and he impressed me with his soft spoken nature and positive attitude. I always enjoyed speaking with him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are for your family.
In His Love,
