Kathleen Tarleton

Died Monday afternoon December 28, 2009. Kathleen was born November 4, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois a daughter of Thomas and Marie (Henry) Nason. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident for six years, coming from Bradenton, FL. She also attended St. Augustine Catholic Church. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence C. Tarleton, Sr. on February 8, 1997; three sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by five children, Lawrence C. Tarleton, Jr. of Grand Rapids, Tom Tarleton of Portage, Kathy (Dan) Anderson of Grand Rapids, Maureen Wunderlich of Munich, Germany, and Jeffrey Tarleton of Berlin, Germany; six grandchildren, Brad (Amanda) Anderson, Katelyn Anderson, Roman Wunderlich, Chelsea Wunderlich, Kay Tarleton, and Zack Tarleton; and a sister, Patricia (Ray) Kenney of Clayton, CA. A memorial Mass will be offered 2 o'clock Saturday at the St. Isidore Parish, 628 Diamond Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Private burial will take place in Ft. Custer National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association . Arrangements were made by the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick St.
