McCRORY - Doris Ann McCrory, aged 87, of Kentwood, widow of Robert McCrory, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2009. Surviving are her son, Ross (Lorraine) McCrory; two grandchildren, Camden and Matisse. She was the sweetest person I ever knew. She held a job most of my young life and took good care of my father and me. When she came to live with us she cared for my kids too. Always upbeat and glad to see me, over protective and over conservative. One egg, toast with jam and a cup of coffee. She was my wonderful Mother and I will miss her. The world feels a little colder today. Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24th at the Ofield Funeral Home. Ofield Funeral Home
