Kenneth Laug

LAUG - Mr. Kenneth Laug, aged 81, of Coopersville, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009, peacefully after a short battle with cancer surrounded by his family at his Centennial Farm home where he was born and raised and lived. He was a man of the earth who loved farming. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Ann; his children, Mike (Mary) Laug, Rose (Don) Downer, Jan (Jim) Fredrickson, Bill (Nita) Laug, Lori Romberger, Bonnie (Charlie) VanderKolk, John (Jamie) Laug; also 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may meet the Laug family 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. (with Scripture Service at 6 p.m.) on Tuesday at St. Michael's Church, 17151 88th Ave., Coopersville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11 a.m., at St. Michael's Church, Fr. Tony Pelak, Celebrant. Burial St. Michael's Cemetery.
