Henry "Hank" Hoezee

Mr. Henry "Hank" Hoezee, age 89, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Hank served his country during WWII with the US Navy and had been a longtime member of Grace Reformed Church. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 69 years, Anna "Ann" (Schripsema) Hoezee; children, Melvin Hoezee, Lary "Dutch" (Carol) Hoezee, Robert Hoezee, James (Linda) Hoezee, Joan (Ron) Smith, and Dave (Pam) Hoezee; 22 grandchildren; 36 great grand-children; and 13 great, great grand-children. Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at his church, Grace Reformed, 3330 Burlingame SW, with Rev. Rick Oppenhuizen officiating. Interment will be at Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet Hank's family Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home (west building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville, and Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of his service at the church.
