Alvin Prenger

(Cedar Springs) Alvin Eugene Prenger, age 69, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at his home. The family would like to thank Alvin's son, Peter, for all the love and care he gave his father during the last months. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leonora. He is survived by his children, Nicolas Mendez, Isidro Prenger, Ricardo Prenger, Virginia Prenger, Eloisa Segura, Rosa Prenger, Pedro Prenger, Pamela Prenger, Elizabeth Prenger, Mark Prenger, Cheryl Prenger, and David Prenger; 27 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Duane and Barbara Parker, Sandra Prenger; brothers, Richard and Marcia Prenger, Kenneth and Trudy Prenger, Rex and Nancy Prenger, Gale and Jamie Prenger, Robert and Winetta Prenger, James Prenger, Seven and Diane Prenger; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 12:00 Noon with Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Saturday 11 a.m. until the service.
