Patricia Ann Edwards

Patricia Ann Edwards was born on October 21, 1950, to Willie and Jacqueline Edwards. She was called home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2007. She is survived by her mother, Jacqueline Latham, and stepfather Joel Latham. She had 5 children, Troy Griffis, Tyrone Griffis, Michael Griffis, Jacqueline Hamilton (Eric) and Jayne Griffis, all of Kalamazoo, MI; sisters, Wilma Edwards, Jayne Atchison (Earl) of Battle Creek, MI., Tammi Cook (Albert) of Schererville, IN, Jackie Evans of AZ, Sabrina Edwards of St. Paul, MN, Roeanna White of TN; brothers, James M. Edwards, Lonnie Edwards of Battle Creek, MI, Tyrone Edwards of Detroit, MI, Lawrence Edwards of Jackson, MI, Willie Edwards, Jr., of St. Paul, MN. She had 13 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Patricia enjoyed reading the bible, playing bingo, going to basketball games and her family. She was preceded in death by sister, Janet E. Edwards, father, Willie C. Edwards, maternal grandparents, James and Thelma Humphrey, and paternal grandparents, Dan and Arzola Edwards. Funeral Services will be Friday, December 14, 2007, at 1 p.m., at Second Baptist Church, 485 N. Washington St., officiated by Pastor Ricky Perry of Emmanuel Covenant Church.
