Wilhelmina "Mina" (Westhuis) Berkenpas

Wilhelmina "Mina" (Westhuis) Berkenpas, aged 81, of Hudsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 11, 2007. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, of 59 years, Richard "Dick" Berkenpas; children, Jim (Sue) Berkenpas, Gary (MaryJo) Berkenpas, Patricia (Steve) Hodges, Nancy Berkenpas, and Julie (Mark) Earegood; her 26 grandchildren; 11 great - grandchildren; her sister, Gertrude (Justin) Kamer; 18 brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Second Christian Reformed Church (7588 Byron Center Ave. S.W.) with Pastor John Douma officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home (2067 - 84th S.W., Byron Center).
