Edward E. Krupp

(Comstock Park) Mr. Edward E. Krupp, aged 80, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006. Mr. Krupp was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Nettie Krupp; brother, Burr Krupp and his sister, Vivian Kopec. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Ann Krupp; children, Karen J. Fall, William E. Krupp, Cheryl A. Deman, Rick (Cathy) Centilli; grandchildren, Casey Edward, Daniel D., Kaylyn J. Fall, Lauren A., Eddie Deman; great granddaughter, Grace Rene Clous; Eric the shop dog; sister, Viola Kuete; brother-in-law, John (Marie) Chitteden; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Krupp was the owner and operator of Ed Krupp Body Shop in Comstock Park for many years. He was a Master Collision Repair Tech, Master Mechanic, he also built and maintained race cars and won the 1956 Berlin track championship with Pin Pong Runner as the driver. He sponsored his son, Billy's Sprint Cars along with several other racers. He was proud to have taught his trade to many. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE. The family will greet relatives and friends Tuesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Interment Blythefield Memory Gardens.
