Robert L. Salamon, age 79, passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015 at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. He was born in Racine on February 2, 1936 son of the late John and Marie (Nee: Schlick) Salamon.
Robert was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church. Survived by cousins (Salamon, Schlick and Menden) other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his brother John.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015, 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Allen Bratkowski officiating. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family on Friday at 12:30 until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials to the Charity of your choice have been suggested by the family.
A special thank you to Joseph and Juanita Almond and their children for the loving and compassionate care they gave to Bob for the last 20 years.
