He is survived by his loving wife, Juanita; children, Joyce Hanson, Robert L. (JoAnn) Simpson, Michael (Kathryn) Simpson; Ronald (Janice) Workman, Neil (Dona) Workman, and Doug (Karen) Workman; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Simpson; sister-in-law, Cathy Simpson; and many nieces and nephews. Robert was wounded while serving in the Army during WWII and received the Silver Star and Purple Heart. Cremation has taken place and no service is scheduled.
