Elizabeth Jean Bydalek

Bydalek, Elizabeth Jean 9/8/1929 - 1/22/2015 Grand Rapids Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" J. Bydalek, aged 85 of Grand Rapids formerly of Sand Lake passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2015. She was born on Sunday, September 8, 1929 to the late Charles and Eva Russell. In 1948 Elizabeth was married to her best friend and soul mate, Raymond Bydalek. In 2008 Raymond passed away after 60 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her daughters Linda Provo and Mary Abair. Surviving are her loving son and his wife; Mark and Sarah Bydalek; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; her sister Marge Scheidel; and a niece and nephew. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Mary Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, Sand Lake with The Rev. Lam T. Le presiding. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday in the Parish Center located behind the church.
