Donald LaMere

Donald L. LaMere passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014. Donald was born on April 26, 1926, son of Lawrence and Evelyn LaMere. On November 25, 1948 he was united in marriage to Betty Klinkhammer who preceded him in death on July 8, 2013. He was a member of St. Richard Catholic Church.

Don served his country in the U.S. Navy. He went on to a career as a tool and die maker at J.I. Case Co, retiring after 30 years of service.

Don is survived by his son, Mark (Linda) LaMere; grandchildren, Lindsay (Andy) Beyer, Heather (Adam) Pron; great grandchildren, Keira Beyer, Paige, Brooke, and Emery Pron. In addition to his wife, Betty, and his parents, Don was preceded in death by his daughter, Pam, great granddaughter, Grace Pron, and his brother, Wayne.

Private services and interment will be held at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Town of Dover.
