Sister Maureen Lewis, CSJ, Nazareth, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Nazareth Center. Sister was born March 30, 1924 in McKeesport, PA the daughter of Charles and Mary (O'Leary) Lewis and was a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph. Surviving are a brother, Thomas Lewis; sister Eileen Scott; several nieces and nephews and the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Friends will be received at Nazareth Center Tuesday after 4pm. A vigil service will be held Tuesday 7 pm in the Holy Family Chapel where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:30 am. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
