Ellen Rand

Ellen Rand, age 77 of Vicksburg passed away August 27, 2014 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital. Ellen was born on September 21, 1936 to Virgil & Leona (Rowe) Curtis. Visit with her family and friends Tuesday, September 2 from 11:00 to 2:00 at the Life Story Funeral Home, Vicksburg; 409 S. Main St. (269 649-1697). A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Vicksburg Cemetery. Ellen’s family includes her husband of 55 years, Don; her children: Lori (Jim) Markus, Wendy (Don) Gillespie, Don Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a half-sister Wanda Davidson Cook. She enjoyed crafts and puzzles. Ellen loved animals and birds.
