John A. Wyse

WYSE - John A. Wyse, aged 82 of Grand Rapids, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, entered eternal life Friday, August 21, 2009. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Marilyn (McKee); three sons, Stephen (Elizabeth) Wyse, Fr. James Wyse, Charles Wyse; five grandsons, Patrick, Alexander, Michael, Shawn and Christian; two brothers, William (Janet) Wisz, Robert Wisz; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara, James, Joseph and Thomas Wisz. John retired from Butterworth Hospital after 31 years as a certified registered nurse anesthetist. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial and Committal will be celebrated Tuesday, August 25 at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. His family will receive visitors Monday, 6 to 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior at church.
