William Louden

Passed away at home April 15, 2017. Bill was born December 18, 1933, in Kalamazoo; the son of Ryerson and Madeline (Cahill) Louden. A veteran, Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. A 1952 graduate of Delton Kellogg High School, Bill enjoyed playing softball, basketball, fishing and bowling. A loyal employee of James River, Bill retired in 1992 with forty years of service. On May 29, 1969, Bill married the former Florence Wright and she preceded him in death on September 30, 2015. Bill is survived by a son: James Louden and Patricia Sneed, a daughter: Lori Klutts, grandchildren: Kyle (April) Louden and Holly (Mark) Morris, great grandchildren: Michael (Samantha), Alexandra, Jordan, and Wren, sisters: Zelma Armintrout, and Mary (Edward) Finn, a brother: Dennis (Lois) Louden, a sister in law: Dorothy Louden and several nieces and nephews. Bill was also preceded in death by his parents, a daughter and son in law: Deborah and Michael Bond, a son in law: Waymon Klutts, brothers: Tim, Jimmy and Tony, and a brother in law: Orin (Pat) Armintrout. Bill's family will receive friends 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Monday, with a wake service at 7:00 PM at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home, Delton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 18, 2017, 11:00 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Parchment. Private entombment will take place in Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park.
