Danger, William 1/19/1943 - 12/5/2020 William H "Bill" Danger passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the Banner Del Web Hospital in Sun City West, Arizona. Bill was born on January 19, 1943, in Paw Paw, Michigan, to Ray and Hazel (Grovesteen) Danger. He graduated from Paw Paw High School in 1961. On September 9, 1961, he married Shirley Elsenheimer. They raised two daughters, Ingrid and Brenda, and one son, Gerald, before Shirley passed away in 1984. On April 11, 1986, he married Sandra Brown, and they shared the rest of his life together. Bill retired in 1993 after 25 years of service as a firefighter for the City of Kalamazoo. Bill was known for his quick wit, kindness, creative practical jokes, and generous spirit. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and carpentry, and he spent many years searching for the elusive morel mushrooms in the woods of Cadillac, Michigan, with family and friends. Bill is survived by his wife, Sandy; his children, Ingrid, Gerald and Brenda; four grandchildren, Austin, Parker, Elizabeth and Abigail; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his first wife Shirley, Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Hazel; brothers Thomas, Richard, Robert and Arthur Danger; and sisters Doris Coder, Iris Morse, Mildred Jordan, and Hilda Baldwin. Cremation has already taken place. The family is planning a memorial gathering for family and friends in the Spring of 2021.
