Vincent Barone

Barone, Vincent 3/2/1937 - 9/14/2021 Kalamazoo Passed away on Sept. 14,2021 at Rose Arbor Hospice. Vince was born in Kalamazoo on March 2, 1937, the son of Paul F. Barone and Marion ( Dugo) Barone. Vince was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He retired from G M as a shipping clerk. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Vince was proceeded in death by his wife Sandra on Nov. 11,2018, and siblings: Frank Barone, Agatha Barone, Necessia Crotty, Mary Peeters and Grace Makela. Surviving siblings: Laura Hoogerheide, Sam Barone and brother in law: Bob Pakiela, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Vince and Sandy enjoyed many winter trips to Florida where they spent time with friends , and lovely walks on the beach and their Friday night dates. Vince and Sandy enjoyed getting together every Wednesday for breakfast at Rykse's with siblings and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Parchment Redmond Funeral Home, Wednesday Sept. 22,2021 from 12:30 until time of service at 2:00 pm. Burial of cremains will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetary. Memorials may be made to : Rose Arbor Hospice, St.Ambrose Catholic Church, or the American Heart Assoc.
