Thomas Neis

NEIS - On Monday, March 28, 2011, Thomas Michael Neis, age 51, of Largo, FL, passed away surrounded by family. Formerly of Grand Rapids, MI, Tom attended St. Thomas the Apostle School and graduated from Catholic Central High School. He lived in Florida for almost 20 years and worked as a nurseryman. He was preceded in death by his father, William L. Neis. He is survived by his mother, Virginia R. Neis; sister, Mary (Dick) White, Cathy Neis (Jay Fowler), and Anne Neis; brothers, William, John, and Matthew; and nieces, Michelle Benjamin, Mellissa (George) Russo, Emily Fowler, and Theresa Fowler; and nephew, Joe (Jennifer) Casares. He will be fondly remembered as "the best uncle ever" by special buddy and nephew, Riley Neis; great nieces, Lily Benjamin, Arienna Russo; and great nephews, Alex Russo and Joe Oscar Casares III.
