Freiberg Mr. Thomas A. Freiberg age 62, of Grand Rapids, passed away on
Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He is survived by his brother Ronald and Toni Freiberg his sister Janice Potter, nieces and nephews Sue Freiberg, RC and Julie Freiberg, Tom Freiberg, Hayley Potter, a special friend and mentor Tom Woodstra. The funeral service will be held on Saturday October 31, at 1:00 PM at the Van’t Hof Chapel. Friends and relatives may meet with the family at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes – Van’t Hof Chapel, 851 Leonard St. NW on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM.
