Terry Doxey

Doxey, Terry L. Kalamazoo Age 63, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022. Terry was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on February 12, 1959, the son of Richard P. and Ruby L. (Brinks) Doxey. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. Terry also enjoyed riding motorcycles. He had a big heart and loved his family. Terry is survived by his two sons, Trevor (Kirsten Fabiano) Doxey and Matthew Miller; step-children, Courtney Munson, Bobby Dougherty and Reanna Miller; mother, Ruby Layne; siblings, Mark Doxey, Robin (Jim) Schrump and Randy Carroll; as well as several nieces and nephews. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Richard Doxey; brother, Monte Goodeve and sister, Janice Coots. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM at the Red Arrow VFW Post 1527, 1920 E. Kilgore Rd., Portage, MI 49002. Interment will take place at Alamo Center Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of one's choice.
