Shirley L. Feringa

Died Tuesday evening November 5, 2019. Shirley was born May 28, 1936 in Saginaw, Michigan a daughter of Lawrence and Lulu (DeRosia) Wade. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; 6 brothers; and 3 sisters. On June 2, 1990. She was united in marriage to Walter J. Feringa who survives. Services will be held 11 o'clock Tuesday from the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Private interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center.
