Seth William Belden, 34, of Allegan, MI passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 unexpectedly. Born September 20, 1985 in Allegan, he was the son of Ron and Sandy (Harris) Belden. Seth had served his country honorably as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed in Okinawa and served a tour in Iraq. He earned his bachelor's degree in nursing and worked at Woodbridge Medical Clinic. Seth was on track to complete his master's degree soon and begin work as a nurse practitioner. He was a proud member of Duck's Unlimited and loved going goose hunting. He had also enjoyed the time he spent coaching soccer with AYSO. Seth's greatest love was for his family. He cherished the time spent with each of them and had been a devoted son, brother, uncle, grandson and friend to many. In addition to his parents, Ron and Sandy, Seth is survived by his sister, Brande Gillies; brother, Lee (Kristie) Belden; nieces and nephews, Ella, Zinnia, Levi, Judson, Hunter, Finn, Tempy and Sereniti; grandparents, Ron and Betty Belden; aunts and uncles that he loved very much; friends that he could always count on; and his faithful companions, Drake and Kuma. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Harris; and his grandmother, Arvema Northrup. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215; or to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
