Samantha Telesko

Telesko, Samantha 6/1/1993 - 9/30/2022 Kalamazoo Samantha (Sam) Josephine Telesko, 29 of Allegan, passed away Friday September 30, 2022 at University of Michigan Health West Hospital. Sam was born June 1, 1993 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Kenneth and Annette (Pirozzo) Telesko. She was a strong supporter of the Wish Bone Pet Rescue in Douglas, where she adopted her 2 cats. Carlton and Squeak were her babies, and she loved them as if she was their actual birth mother. The joy she found in the little things was as contagious as her smile. She made her house a home. Family and friends were very important to her. One could always count on Sam to make their day just a little brighter, and she was fiercely loyal. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces & nephews and was always ready to curl up and watch a Disney movie or just spend the day coloring. Her love of crafts meant her family and friends were always treated to beautiful, creative gifts from her heart. She had a passion for all things Disney. Her happy place was the Italy Pavilion in EPCOT at WDW. You could always find her just relaxing by the fountain. Another place you would find her was wandering around Animal Kingdom, especially the Pandora section. Sam is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Annette Telesko; fianc Timothy Dodge; two sisters, Amy (JR) Frankenberger, Michelle Howard; two brothers, Michael (Taylor) Telesko, Daniel (Hannah) Howard; special nieces & nephew, Lucy Field, Lucas and Annabelle Frankenberger. Sam was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, MaryAnn and Sam (who she was named after) Pirozzo. Also her paternal grandmother, Lois Telesko. Memorial contributions may be made to Wishbone Pet Rescue Alliance of Allegan County. A private memorial service was held at Redmond Funeral Home, Kalamazoo. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
