ALBRIGHT (INGRAHAM) SALLY ANN Sally Ann (Ingraham) Albright, age 77, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2012. Sally was born in Loud Township, near Atlanta, Michigan. She graduated from Atlanta High School then went on to County Normal to become a teacher. Later she earned her masters degree from Western Michigan University. Sally taught for 33 years in Rockford Public Schools. In addition to her love for education, she adored all living creatures and provided homes to many strays, both human and animal. She was preceded in death by her father Alfred Albright, her stepfather Archie Wilson, mother Leafa Wilson, brother Roger Wilson and sister in-law Mitzy Wilson. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters LeAnn (Ingraham) Merrills, Kathy (Ingraham) and Jim Thompson; grandson Anthony E. Kanu Jr.; brothers Doug and Dawn Wilson, Reggie and Doreen Wilson, Randy and Cindy Wilson; her maternal aunts Velma Benac and Wilma Benac, as well as countless nieces, nephews and adopted family members. The service for Sally will be Friday, May 18, 2012 at 2:00 at Pederson Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Dalman officiating.
