Ronald Lee VanAlstine passed away on Wednesday January 7, 2026 in his home in Florida at the age of 81.
Ron was a Insurance adjuster for Allstate, he started with Auto insurance then went into home owner's insurance, he enjoyed working on the catastrophe team for Allstate, he retired in 2003.
Ron enjoyed working on his log home with his wife ( Della ) built in Iron Mountain, MI, he also enjoyed golfing with his family and friends. Ron and Della lived in Iron Mountain for 6 months then went to Florida to live for 6 months.
Ron is survived by his wife Della ( VERLEY ) VanAlstine of 63 years. They had 2 daughters Kim Brown and Jacquelyn Boven, 2 grandchildren Brett Boven and Ashley Boven and had 3 great grandchildren.
Ron will be missed by many people.
