Shingledecker, Roeberta 4/20/1930 - 5/27/2020 Elkhart, IN Roeberta Lee (Barnes) Shingledecker, age 90, of Three Rivers, died on May 27, 2020. In lieu of memorials, Roeberta's wish was for others to pay a visit to those who are elderly and alone. Services will be held at Billings Funeral Home located at 812 Baldwin Street, Elkhart, Indiana on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Visitation will be from 2 PM to 4 PM with memorial services at 4 PM.
