Robert Edward

Age 85 of Lake LeAnn, Jerome, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home in Jackson. He was born on August 3, 1934 in Easton, Pennsylvania to George R. and Mary K. (Buckley) Haggerson. He was married to Marjorie J. Deyson for 43 years, and she preceded him in death on May 19, 1998. He then married Patricia E. Parsons on October 9, 2001 and she survives. Robert lived his early life in the Kalamazoo area and the last 25 years in the Lake LeAnn area. He graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School in 1952. He graduated from Western Michigan University and the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. Robert was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force from 1954-1955. He was C.E.O. of two companies. He owned 3 airplanes and he had a love for flying and computers. Surviving besides his wife Patricia, are two sons, Michael (Michelle) Haggerson of Bloomfield Hills, Rob (Julia) Haggerson of Boyne City, one daughter, Kathryn (Jay) Stolz of Spring Arbor, two step-sons, Tony (Darelynn) Louscher of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Steve (Lydia) Louscher of Drake, Colorado, one step-daughter, Catherine (Michael) Hester of Ookala, Hawaii, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one brother, Dr. William (Dana) Haggerson of Huntsville, Alabama, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. Cremation has taken place. There will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Addison, Michigan.
