Richard E. Middleton of Waterloo, SC
Rick Middleton, son of the late Charles and Illean Middleton. After graduating high school Rick went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After his military service he worked at Plainwell Paper for many years. Rick was an avid bowler, enjoyed golfing, shooting with the Gun Club in SC and had a passion for restoring cars and tinkering with his speed boats. He truly enjoyed the Boat Club that he joined after moving to Waterloo, SC. Rick was a generous person and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Preceded in death by wife, Dee Middleton, grandson, Nicholas Metzner. Survived by; children, Jerry Metzner, Terry (Lisa) Metzner, Keith Metzner, Kathy (Steve) McMaster, Renee (Ken) Miller, Stacy (Brian) Booth; one brother Russell Middleton; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and stepfamily. Celebration of Life at a future date. Memorials to Wounded Warriors.
