Rhonda Wise

Rhonda J. Wise, age 55 of Portage, MI died on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Rhonda was born in St. Joseph, MI on September 4, 1959, the daughter of Chester P. Brey and Peggy A. (Barr) Brey. She served with the United States Army. She was a loving mother, who devoted her whole life to her children. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Portage. She was a spontaneous person, who enjoyed shopping, collecting various items and loved her dogs. She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, John Wise; her children, Eric Wise, Luke Wise, Tim Wise and Mandy Wise; her mother, Peggy Brey; one sister, Susan (Mark) Hahn; three nieces, Amy (Justin) Caron, Noel Hahn and Desiree Hahn; two great-nieces, Makenna and Braelyn Caron. She was preceded in death by her father, Chester P. Brey; and one brother, Steven Brey. A private family service will be held, with interment in Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
