Thrasher, Raymond "Ray" Raymond Thrasher, 76, passed away Monday morning, May 24, 2021, at his home. Ray was born on November 6, 1944 in Kalamazoo MI to the late Hubert and Phyllis (Burnham) Thrasher. Ray was united in marriage to Dawn McDermott on December 8, 1989. Ray loved stock car racing, hunting, fishing and camping. His grandkids were his pride and joy. He also loved watching westerns. Ray is survived by his wife, Dawn Thrasher; children, Mark (Lori) Thrasher, Paul (Julie) Thrasher, Theresa Thrasher and Raymond Thrasher, Jr.; grandchildren, Stephanie, Aleigha, Brody and Braelyn; sister, Darlene (Tom) Earl; and several nieces and nephews. Ray was also preceded in death by his brothers, Terry Thrasher and Dan Thrasher. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, May 26th from 6-8pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel. A private family funeral service has been scheduled. A committal service for the public will take place Thursday, May 27th at 12:00 at McKain Cemetery, Pavilion Twp.
