Randy Boger

Boger, Randy L. 2/3/1958 - 1/8/2021 Gobles Passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 in Kalamazoo. Randy was born February 3, 1958 in Decatur, Alabama, the son of the late Norm and Wilma Boger. Randy worked for the Pepsi Cola company for 32 years, retiring in 2008 to become a stay-at-home dad. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially loved camping and his dogs. More than anything Randy cherished time spent with his family. Randy often said that anytime he could make someone smile made it a great day. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and was always looking out for his neighbors. Surviving is his wife of nearly 23 years, Jerri; 6 children, Shawn Boger, Dustin Duda, R.J. Duda, Daniel Boger, Salvador Boger, Jose Boger; a grandson, Emry J. Duda; a brother, James Paul Boger; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Norma Jean Dooley. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will meet friends Saturday, January 16, Noon until time of service at 1 PM at Journey Family Church (Family Dollar Bldg., 407 S. State St.; Gobles), Pastor Gary Napp officiating.
