The daughter of William (Opal) Curry and Janie Lee (Wooten) Curry Hope went to the Lord on July 12, 2010 at the age of 66 after a 5 month battle with cancer. Born in Etawah, AR on December 18, 1943, Peggy was a retired employee of the Mead Paper Co. in Kalamazoo, MI, where she lived for 40 years prior to returning to FL and then AR. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, step-mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She liked to travel with her husband, Bob, and spend time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. Peggy is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) McMaster; mother, Janie L. Hope, both of Heber Springs, AR; two sons, Brian Hageman of Little Rock, AR and Dale Hageman of Mattawan, MI; daughter, Tammy and Jim Green of Grand Rapids, MI; three brothers, Joe Curry of Heber Springs, AR, William (Jr.) and Gloria Curry of Plainwell, MI and Richard (Rick) Curry of Lockport, IL; one sister, Pat Meachum of Heber Springs, AR; and one aunt, Lucy Hartness of Heber Springs, AR. Peggy is also survived by six grandchildren, five step grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. We will miss you, Peggy. Peggy will be cremated and services will be held at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Battle Creek, MI on Monday, July 19 at 11:00 AM. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
