Paul Strong

Strong, Paul 12/23/1933 - 3/25/2023 Kalamazoo Paul Strong, 89, of Kalamazoo, passed away at home on March 25, 2023. He was born on December 23, 1933, in Kalamazoo to Clarence William and Helen Elizabeth (Pattison) Strong. Paul went right into the working force after high school and became the successful owner of Auto Service Supply in Comstock. He also loved and worked his farm in Vicksburg for 54 years. On September 9, 1952, he married the love of his life, Jacqueline Leach. Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie; children Toni Strong (Roger Glidden), Terri (Mark) Irving, Tobe (Rene) Strong, and daughter-in-law Michelle Strong; grandchildren Luke, Joe, Martina, Brooks, Theo, Ben, Dulcie, Elizabeth, Tyler, Claire, Hazel, Redd, Rex, Ruby, Charlie and Samson; great-grandchildren Grace, Liam, David, Abigail, Seth, Roksy Blu, Sawyer, Marleigh, Frances Josephine, Jax, Adaline, Emersyn, Eric, and Ryan; and three of his 13 siblings. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his son Ted Strong, and ten siblings. In keeping with Paul's wishes, cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest in the Strong family section of Grand Prairie Cemetery.
